高校图书馆作为教育者以读者为依托,学生是高校图书馆的主要读者,学生就是高校图书馆的主体,没有学生的参与,高校图书馆就失去了自身的价值和存在的必要;学生在高校又是受教育的群体,那么图书馆作为教育权主体与大学生作为受教育权主体都是通过一定的权利与义务使图书馆和大学生相互依托。
