高职资源勘查类专业师资队伍建设模式研究

Teaching Staff Construction Mode of Resources Prospection Major of Higher Vocational Education

通过对专业师资队伍现状的分析与研究,认为目前师资队伍存在很多问题,提出了一年学校内教学方法、教学制度以及行业制度的学习,二年学校和地矿部门顶岗学习,三年提高学历的"一二三"师资建设模式。

Through the analysis and research on the present situation of professional teachers, we think there are a lot of problems existing at present in the teachers troop, put forward ＂123＂ teachers construction mode of one year study of teaching methods, teaching system and industry system within the school, two years study in school and the department of geological mining, three years to improve the education background.
