教学质量管理工作是一项极其复杂的系统工程,是学校教学管理的核心,也是独立学院经常性工作的中心。独立学院教学质量的高低,决定着人才培养质量的高低,关乎独立学院的生存与发展。独立学院需要全面建立自身的教学质量监督管理体系,因此,聘请一定数量的教学督导员,成立专门的教学督导机构,建设一支高素质的、优秀的督导队伍,充分发挥教学督导的作用,对于尚在成长发展中的独立学院来说显得尤其重要,也更加迫切。

The independent college teaching quality determines the quality of talent cultivation, and is related to the survival and development of independent colleges. Independent college needs to establish their own teaching quality supervision and management system, therefore, hiring a certain number of teaching supervisors, setting up special teaching supervision agency, building a high quality and excellent supervision team, giving full play to the role of teaching supervision is especially important and more urgent for the growing and development of independent institute.
