人才订单培养作为学生与工作岗位直接对应的人才培养模式,可最大程度实现职业教育以就业为导向的办学方针,现对我校眼视光技术专业人才订单培养模式实施情况进行研究,探讨高职教育的发展之路。

As talent training mode for student and work, talent order training mode can achieve vocational education employment oriented principle in the greatest extent, this paper now studies the implementation situation of talent training mode of eye optical technology major in our school, and discusses the way of the development of higher vocational education.
