摘要
基于痕量碲(Ⅵ)能加速结晶紫在碱性介质中的褪色反应,拟定了褪色光度法测定痕量碲(Ⅵ)的分析方法,灵敏度高(ppb级),检测下限为1ppb。所试验的二十多种外来离子对碲(Ⅵ)的测定均影响较小,尤其是Se(Ⅳ)、Se(Ⅵ)、Te(Ⅳ)均不干扰测定。碲(Ⅵ)在0.025~0.6μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于水样中痕量碲的测定,结果满意,回收率在96.3~103.5%。
A new selective and sensitive spectrophotometric determination of trace tellurium (Ⅵ) has been developed. This method is based on tellurium (Ⅵ) accelerating decolourization of crystal-violet in a NaOH solution. Beer's law is obeyed over 0.025~0.6μg/25mL of tellurium(Ⅵ) at 591nm. This method has been used for determination of tellurium in waters satisfactorily.
