血管内皮因子及IL-6、IL-17在多发性骨髓瘤中的表达与预后的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮因子(VEGF)在多发性骨髓瘤中的表达及其与血管新生、临床预后的关系。方法:运用双抗体夹心ELISA的方法检测了32例多发性骨髓瘤患者骨髓单个核细胞VEGF、IL-6、IL-17的表达。结果:与正常对照者相比,多发性骨髓瘤患者高表达VEGF(P<O.01)VEGF表达在I期和Ⅱ期患者之间无显著差异(P>0.05),而Ⅲ期患者VEGF表达均较I期和Ⅱ期显著升高(P<O.05,P<0.01)。结论:VEGF高表达可能与MM血管新生、病情进展有关,且二者存在一定的协同作用,因此监测VEGF表达水平对指导MM治疗和估计预后有一定意义。
