颈椎前路术后并发硬膜外异常血肿1例报告

摘要 临床资料患者男,59岁,主因颈部疼痛伴左上肢麻木、疼痛不适1＋年,加重1＋月于2012年10月10日住院,自述1年前无明显诱因出现颈部疼痛,伴左上肢放射痛,有麻木、无力感,1年来多次于外院就诊,给予经牵引、针灸、按摩、药物内服外用均无明显缓解,颈部疼痛伴左上肢放射痛仍持续存在。近1月来自感颈项部疼痛明显加重,左上肢麻木、乏力较前明显加重,左手不能抬碗吃饭,
