老年人术后认知功能障碍的发病机制及诊治研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 老年人术后常出现中枢神经系统的并发症,表现为精神错乱、焦虑、人格的改变及记忆受损,这种手术后人格、社交能力及认知能力和技巧的变化称术后认知功能障碍（POCD）[1].本文就老年人POCD发病机制、诊断与治疗手段的研究进展作一综述.
