摘要
本文系统地研究了铕在HFA-TOPO-Triton X-100体系中的稳态光谱及时间分辨荧光光谱。利用铕离子具有较长荧光寿命的特点,拟定了在大量其他稀土元素存在下测定痕量铕的方法。在所拟定的实验条件下,铕在2.0×1.0^(-10)到1.0×10^(-5)mol/L的浓度范围内与荧光强度有良好的线性关系。方法选择性好,灵敏度高,可用于稀土混合物中痕量铕的测定。
In the plesent paper, a laser induced-time resolved fluorimetric method is proposed for the determination of trace europium based on the formation of its ternary complex with HFA and TOPO. In order to decrease the interference from samarium, a 150μs delay of the sampling gate from the laser pulse was chosen. Other rare earth ions were examined in 2000 fold molar excess over 1.0×10^(-9)mol/L of europium, the error was 5% or less. The procedure was applied successfully to the determination of europium in prepared mixture and yttrium oxide with satisfactory results.
