摘要
在铁路桥梁工程建设中,多孔简支箱梁施工究竟采用哪种施工方法比较适宜,需根据工程特点和铁路沿线地理环境条件进行综合比较后才能确定。此文结合珠三角地区城际铁路桥梁工程,针对简支箱梁施工可采用的整孔预制架设法、移动模架现浇法、满堂支架原位现浇法、干接法节段预制移动支架拼装法、湿接法节段预制移动支架拼装法5种施工方法及其优缺点进行阐述,对其技术条件进行比较与分析。通过比较与分析得出,所建桥梁密集、工程量大,具备设置预制梁场条件的,宜采用整孔预制架设法施工;所建桥梁孔数少的,宜采用满堂支架原位现浇法施工;铁路所经地区建筑物密集、拆迁量大、不具备设置预制梁场条件的,宜采用移动模架现浇法等施工。
During the construction of railway bridges, which method is better for porous simply - supported box girder construction should be determined according to the engineering characteristics and geographical envi- ronment along the railway conditions after comprehensive comparison. This article expounds the advantages and disadvantages of five kinds of method that prefabricated erection method, mobile formwork cast - insitu method, full framing in situ cast -in -situ method, dry method segmental precast moving bracket assembled, wet connection segmental precast mobile bracket assembled method combined with the pearl river delta region's inter -city rail bridge project, then the technical conditions are compared and analyzed. Through comparison and analysis, it is concluded that when the bridges are dense, have large quantity and have the condition of the prefabricated field, the whole hole prefabricated building method should be used; when the bridge has less holes, the full framing in -situ cast -in -place construction method should be used; when the areas have dense buildings, large dismantling quantity and does not have the prefabricated field conditions, the mobile formwork method of can be used, etc.
