摘要
新中国"前十七年"的教育改革,深受毛泽东教育思想的影响,它既留下了值得肯定的经验,也留下了值得记取的教训。二者共同作为教育改革的遗产,需要我们理性地对待。对"前十七年"教育改革的认识和态度,其实也是对今日教育改革的认识和态度。"前十七年"教育改革留给我们的重要启示是:对教育改革决策方式的改革是最根本的改革。
Guided by Mao Zedong's educational thought, "the first 17 years" of new China's education reform has left us with both precious experience and lessons worth remembering. Both experience and lessons constitute the legacy of education reform, thereby requiring our rational attitude. Our attitude towards "the first 17 years" of new China's education reform is essentially the same as our attitude towards the current education reform. The most important legacy of education reform is that reform on decision-making approach plays a fundamental role.
