摘要
现代世界中,官僚体制的发展是难以抗拒的趋势,对于高等教育机构来说同样如此。以此为背景,韦伯分析了大学受到官僚体制渗透所产生的恶劣影响。他从方法论的角度论证了学术自律与学术自由的关系,并将学术自由最终归结为学术人格的养成。
In the modem world, the development of bureaucracy is an inevitable trend, which also applies to higher education institutions. In this background, Weber made an analysis of the adverse effects that the infiltration of bureaucracy brought to universities. He demonstrated the relation between academic discipline and academic freedom, and ultimately attributed academic freedom to the formation of academic personality.
