大学城学生文化需求的满意度及影响因素分析——基于广州大学城的实证研究

An Analysis of the Satisfaction and Its Influencing Factors of Students' Cultural Needs in University Town:The Case of Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center

大学城文化的建设影响着大学城的发展。大学城学生文化需求满意度是衡量大学城文化建设品质的重要参照。本研究运用"大学城学生文化需求结构量表",对广州大学城500名学生进行随机抽样调查,并对调查数据进行方差分析和多元线性回归分析。研究发现:大学城学生的文化需求满意度堪忧;"对学习资源共享的文化互动需求"是影响大学城学生文化需求满意度的最大因素,"基于服务功能导向的文化互动需求"、"基于生活需求层面的文化互动需求"以及"对大学城整体环境的文化需求"也对学生满意度存在不同程度的影响;性别对文化需求满意度有显著影响,学校类型、年级则未显示出显著影响。

The cultural construction of a university town is closely related to its development. In measuring the quality of cultural construction, the satisfaction of college students cultural needs works as an important index. Using the Scale of Cultural Needs of College Students in University Town and based on a random sample of 500 students in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center （HEMC）, the findings show that： （1） The cultural needs of college students in HEMC are poorly satisfied; （2） The factor of ＂needs for the sharing of learning resource＂ is the most significant factor affecting students＂ satisfaction while the other three factors, namely ＂needs for service- oriented interaction＂, ＂basic living needs＂ and ＂needs concerning the overall environment of university town＂, influence students＂ satisfaction to different extents; （3） Gender alone among other demographic features such as type of school and grade affects students＂ satisfaction greatly.
