摘要
卫生行业人力资源整体发展水平关系着医疗卫生的服务水平,是我国倾力打造的基本医疗保险体系的基石,当前急需建设一支高水平、高质量的卫生人才队伍。本文根据第五、第六次人口普查数据对我国卫生行业人力资源发展状况进行实证分析,回顾了十多年来我国医学教育发展历程,指出了当前我国卫生行业人力资源开发所面临的主要问题,结合高校医疗卫生专业培养能力对未来我国卫生行业人力资源供需匹配进行预测分析,就我国高校医疗卫生专业各学历层次招生规模调整给出建议,并对未来进一步提升我国卫生行业人力资源发展水平提出相关政策建议。
Health sector is of vital importance to people's wellbeing and serves as the cornerstone of China's basic medical insurance system. With the rapid economic development, Chinese society's need for public health service and people's awareness of health has been increasingly prominent, which calls for high-quality health-care personnel. The author conducts an empirical study on the current situation of human resources development in China's health sector based on the data from the fifth and sixth National Household Surveys and reveals major problems and challenges faced by China's medical education. Based on a predictive analysis on the supply and demand of human resources in the health sector, the author puts forward some suggestions on the admission scale adjustment in medical education and human resources development in the health sector.
