洋槐花中总黄酮物质的提取工艺的研究

摘要 采用传统浸提法,以乙醇为溶剂,考察溶剂浓度、提取温度、料液比、提取时间和提取次数对洋槐花总黄酮物质提取率的影响,并在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交试验,确定了洋槐花总黄酮物质的提取工艺。结果表明,乙醇浓度、提取温度、料液比、提取时间及提取次数对洋槐花总黄酮物质的提取率均有影响,优化的洋槐花总黄酮物质的提取工艺为:料液比1:25,乙醇浓度70%,提取温度60℃,提取时间90min,提取次数为三次。 The total flavones were extracted with alcohol as the solvent from SophoraJaponica.L.The effects of the extraction conditions such as the concentration of ethanol,the extraction time, the solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and the extraction times were studied. The proper condition was determined by orthogonal experiment.The results were as following: the solid-liquid ratio was 1:25,The extraction temperature was 60℃,the extraction time was 90 min, the concentration of ethanol was 70%, and the extraction times of Sophora Japonica.L was three.
