摘要 肿瘤干细胞被认为是肿瘤产生的根源,对肿瘤的发生、转移、复发及治疗具有关键作用。很多研究证实甲状腺癌起源于甲状腺癌干细胞,目前主要通过特定的标记物来鉴定甲状腺癌干细胞,运用遏制甲状腺癌干细胞是治疗甲状腺癌新方法。 Cancer stem cells are regarded as the root cause of tumorigenesis. It is a key role in tumorigenesis, metastasis, recurrence and treatment. Many studies have confirmed that the thyroid carcinoma originated from thyroid cancer stem ceils.
