学生组织(社团)和学生课外活动在人才培养中发挥了不可替代的作用,具有辅助学校育人功能、学生的素质和能力提升功能、服务社会的功能、学生自我管理教育功能、精英人才培养的功能。以常熟理工学院为例,对高校学生组织(社团)和学生课外活动在人才培养中发挥的作用进行了总结,并就存在的问题提出合理化的建议。

Student organization （clubs） and extracurricular activities play cultivation. They are equipped with functions of subsidiary school education, an irreplaceable role in talent promotion of students＇ qualities and abilities, serving the society, students＇ self - management and education and elite talent training. Taking Changshu Institute of Technology for example, this article summarizes the effects that student organization （clubs） and extracurricular activities have exerted in talent cultivation. And as well, reasonable suggestions have been raised for existing problems.
