陈四楼煤矿深部软岩巷道支护工艺

摘要 基于陈四楼煤矿十五采区皮带下山(下平巷)采用锚网喷支护未达到预期效果的原因分析,且十五采区行人下山(下平巷),巷道围岩破碎,埋藏深,地压较大,巷道施工中支护难度大,巷道可锚性差,锚杆锚固无法控制巷道的变形。提出了对十五采区行人下山巷采用可缩性圆形钢棚与壁后注浆相结合的支护方式,实践表明,该支护方案有效的控制了巷道变形。对陈四楼煤矿具有类似工程地质及施工条件的其它深部采区软岩巷道支护方案的选择有重要的指导意义。 Chensilou coal mining area belt down the roadway with bolting and shotcreting failure analysis based on fif teen mining area,and pedestrian down the lane,surrounding rock crushing,burial depth,pressure is big,difficult to support in tunnel construction,tunnel anchorage of difference,anchor can not control the deformation of road.The fifteen District of the pedestrian down the lane with retractable circular steel roof and wal back grouting combined support method,practice of surface,the supporting scheme can effectively control the de-formation of tunnel.There is an important guiding significance for other deep mine soft rock roadway with similar geological and construction conditions of Chen four floor coal choice support scheme..
