摘要
对于内部集成了OTP的MCU/SoC芯片,客户在量产期间需要较方便地实现这类芯片的一次性编程烧写功能,因此OTP烧录器必不可少。该文以一款内部集成32位嵌入式CPU核和OTP的MCU芯片为例,开发一款基于外部SPI Flash的OTP烧录器。首先介绍了OTP烧录器的框架,然后从硬件和软件两个方面详细阐述了具体的实现方法,实际应用表明设计达到了预期的要求。
For a MCU/SoC chip with built-in OTP, an OTP burner is necessary for the customer to conveniently implement one-time programmable burning function during the mass production. In this paper an OTP burner based on off-chip SPI Flash is developed, for a MCU chip with 32-bit embedded CPU core and built-in OTP as an example, the paper introduces the frame design, hardware implementation and software design of OTP burner. Practical application shows that design has reached the expected requirements.
