2010～2012年来宾市喹诺酮类抗菌药物不良反应报告调查分析

Reports and analysis of quinolones adverse drug reactions in Laibin city during 2010-2012

目的了解喹诺酮类药物在本地区使用发生不良反应的特点与一般规律，以减少药品不良反应（ADR）的发生。方法收集来宾市2010～2012年喹诺酮类抗菌药物不良反应报告进行汇总分析。结果喹诺酮类药物引发的不良反应236例，可在任何年龄段患者中发生；涉及9种喹诺酮类药物，其中左氧氟沙星引起的不良反应为203例．涉及的器官或系统主要为皮肤、中枢及外周神经系统、消化系统，所占比例分别为49．83％、14．68％、13.31％。结论加强喹诺酮类药物不良反应的监测，提高用药的安全性，减少药品不良反应的发生。

Objective To acknowledge the characteristics and general rules of quinolones adverse drug reactions in this area so as to reduce occurrence of adverse drug reactions （ADR）. Methods Collected and analyzed the reports of quinolones adverse drug reactions in Laibin city from 2010 to 2012. Results Adverse drug reactions caused by quinolones were 236 cases, which could happen in patients of any ages. It involved 9 kinds of quinolones. Lev- ofloxacin, one of 9 kinds of quinolones, caused adverse drug reactions of 203 cases, in which organs and systems in- volved were mainly skin, central and peripheral nervous system as well as digestive system, which occupied 49.83%, 14.68% and 13.31% respectively. Conclusion We need to enhance the monitoring of quinolones adverse drug reac- tions and improve the safety of medication so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
