10种中药对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的体外抑菌活性 被引量:12

摘要 目的测定乌梅等10味中药对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌的体外抑菌活性,明确其最低抑菌浓度(MIC),为临床应用中药治疗产ESBLs大肠埃希菌感染提供参考依据。方法各收集10株产ESBLs和非产ESBLs大肠埃希菌,制备适当浓度的各种中药煎液备用。采用琼脂稀释法进行定量抑菌试验,分别测定和比较各种中药的MIC值。对抑菌作用明显的中药进行产ESBLs和非产ESBLs大肠埃希菌MIC比较。结果中药乌梅、五倍子、黄连、黄芩、黄柏、穿心莲、鱼腥草、重楼、金银花、连翘对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的MIC值分别为(17.19±4.94)mg/mL、(18.75±6.59)mg/mL、(37.50±10.21)mg/mL、(46.20±15.10)mg/mL、(450±105.41)mg/mL、(475±79.06)mg/mL、(237.50±39.53)mg/mL、(118.75±59.29)mg/mL、(425±88.19)mg/mL、(225±52.70)mg/mL,其中乌梅、五倍子、黄连、黄芩的MIC均值分别为17.19 mg/mL、18.75 mg/mL、37.50 mg/mL、46.20 mg/mL,有较好的抑菌效果。乌梅、五倍子、黄连、黄芩对产ESBLs和非产ESBLs大肠埃希菌MIC值经统计学处理,P>0.05。结论10味中药对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌株均有不同程度的体外抑菌活性。其中乌梅和五倍子效果最强,其次是黄连、黄芩,其余的中药抑菌活性较弱。 Objective To evaluate the antibacterial activity of ebony and other ten traditional Chinese medicines on ESBL-producing Escherichia coli (E.coli) in vitro, determinate the value of MIC , and offer reference to ESBL-pro- ducing E.coli infection for the clinical application of Chinese medicine treatment. Methods Ten ESBL-producing E. coli were collected. All ten kinds of Chinese herbal medicine decoction spare proper concentration. Quantitative bacte- riostatic test was performed by agar dilution method. MICs were determined to the comparison of various traditional Chinese medicine. MICs of ESBL-producing and non-ESBL-producing E.coli were compared among the ten tradi- tional Chinese medicines by the antibacterial effect. Results The mean MIC values to Smoked plum, Galla chinensis, Coptis,Scutellaria, Phellodendron, Andrographis paniculata, Houttuynia cordata, Polyphylla, Honeysuckle and Forsythia of ESBL-producing E.coli were 17.19_+4.94 mg/mL, 18.75_+6.59 mg/mL, 37.50_+10.21 mg/mL, 46.20_+15.10 mg/mL, 450_+105.41 mg/mL, 475+79.06 mg/mL, 237.50-+39.53 mg/mL, 118.75_+59.29 mg/mL, 425_+88.19 mg/mL and 225_+ 52.70 mg/mL, respectively. The MICs to Smoked plum, Galla chinensis, Coptis and Scutellari were 17.19 mg/mL, 18.75 mg/mL, 37.50 mg/mL and 46.20 mg/mL, respectively, and they all had good antibacterial effects. The four medicines had the same antibacterial activityon the ESBL-producing and non-ESBL-producing E.coli (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The ten kinds of Chinese herbal medicine had varying degrees antibacterial activity on ESBL-producing Escherichia coli in vitro. Smoked plum and Galla chinensis effect were the strongest, followed by Coptis and Scutel- laria. The remains had the weak antibacterial activity.
