摘要
针对糖尿病专科门诊就诊过程中存在的问题,依据企业流程再造原则,通过合理布局、简化就诊环节、弹性安排人力资源等手段,再造糖尿病专科门诊就诊流程,方便了患者就诊,缩短患者的等候时间,提高糖尿病专科门诊服务质量和服务对象的满意度。
Aiming at the problems which existed in diabetes clinic,we can reforge the process in diabetes clinic which is convenient to all the patients, and is shortened the waiting time, and improved the satisfaction of the diabetes clinic, based on the principle of the enterprise arrangement process reconstructed, and simplified the medical aspects and flexible arrangemented human resources etc.
