通过对1例临床首发症状表现为焦虑症的Moyamoya病进行分析、讨论,使我们从中获得经验教训,提示我们对于年轻患者出现焦虑、紧张、失眠等症状时,如持续不缓解应想到脑器质性疾病如Moyamoya病的可能。

We analysis and discussed the case that the patient with moyamoya disease showed anxiety firstly. Some experiences have been gained. When a young patient presented anxiety,tension or insomnia, which is not released, organic disease, such as Moyamoya disease should occur to us.
