影响距骨骨折手术疗效的相关因素分析

Influencing factors of clinical efficacy of talus fracture surgery

目的探讨分析距骨骨折手术临床效果的相关因素。方法选择距骨骨折切开内固定治疗的患者43例为研究对象,对手术疗效进行评价,并采用统计学分析对影响手术疗效的相关因素进行分析。结果开放性骨折、粉碎性骨折、复位程度与距骨坏死相关,距骨体骨折、合并踝部骨折、复位程度与创伤性关节炎相关,距骨体骨折和复位程度与骨折愈合不良相关(P<0.01)。结论距骨骨折类型对骨折愈合有一定的关系,而术中良好的复位能够减少不良愈合,有助于功能恢复。

Objective To discuss influencing factors of clinical efficacy of talus fracture surgery. Methods Selected 43 cases with talus fracture open reduction and internal fixation were evaluated about clinical efficacy. Influencing factors of clinical efficacy of talus fracture surgery were analyzed. Results Open fracture, comminuted fracture, degree of reduction were correlation with talus osteonecrosis; Fracture of talus body, combined with ankle fractures, degree of reduction were correlation with traumatic arthritis; Fracture of talus body, degree of reduction were correlation with poor healing of fracture （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Fracture type shows correlation with healing of fracture. Anatomical re- duction reduces poor healing of fracture.
