摘要
目的探讨腰麻硬膜外联合麻醉(CSEA)在老年股骨头置换术中的效果。方法选取我院收治的需行老年股骨头置换术患者46例,随机均分为对照组和实验组;对照组行硬膜外麻醉,实验组行腰麻硬膜外联合麻醉。观察比较两组患者给药前、给药10 min、给药30 min、术毕呼吸循环功能和麻醉用药量、感觉阻滞起效时间、阻滞完善时间、痛觉恢复时间。结果两组在给药前、给药10 min、给药30 min、术毕呼吸循环功能及痛觉恢复时间方面比较无显著差异(P>0.05),实验组麻醉用药量、感觉阻滞起效时间、阻滞完善时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰麻硬膜外联合麻醉在老年股骨头置换术中的临床效果显著,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of CSEA in the treatment of elderly femoral head arthroplasty. Methods A total of 46 patients over 70 years-old with surgery of femoral head arthroplasty were randomly divided into control group（epidural anesthesia）and experimental group（anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia）.Respiratory circulation function, dosage, block onset time, block complete time and pain recovery time of two groups were compared. Results Respiratory circulation function and pain recovery time compare of the two groups were not significant （P 〉 0.05）.The dosage, block onset time, block complete time of experimental group were much less than control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion CSEA is an effective anesthesia method for elderly femoral head arthroplasty.It is worthy of wildly used.
