目的:为了使戴用全口义齿的患者尽快适应义齿,充分发挥义齿的功能,减少患者复诊的次数。方法:对136例患者(222件全口义齿)在骨突或骨尖以及口内牙槽嵴上有压痛的石膏模型上用黏贴医用白胶布的方法进行缓冲以减轻压痛,观察此方法减轻压痛的效果。结果:222件全口义齿中181件未因压痛而修改,其余32件经1次修改,9件经2次修改后义齿可正常使用。结论:此方法简单易行,减少了患者初戴全口义齿后的修改次数。
