经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床疗效。方法:2010年10月-2012年10月期间,我院诊治的21例骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者,均给予经皮椎体成形术治疗,平均随访6个月,根据疼痛视觉模拟评分标准(VAS),对术前、术后疼痛评分,后凸畸形Cobb角变化情况,进行观察和比较。结果:与术前相比,术后VAS评分、Cobb角均明显降低,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:对于骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者,经皮椎体成形术治疗的疗效显著,明显改善患者的预后质量,值得临床推广。
