64排螺旋CT颅脑CTA对脑动脉瘤诊断的价值探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨颅脑动脉瘤CTA的CT表现特征,评价CTA的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析32例经手术或DSA证实的脑动脉瘤临床与CT检查资料。结果:32例脑动脉瘤中,CTA发现31例,共发现动脉瘤35个,其中单发28例,多发3例,囊状动脉瘤29个,梭形动脉瘤3个,不规则形(类葫芦状)动脉瘤2个,夹层动脉瘤1个。CTA诊断动脉瘤的特异性为100%,敏感性为96.3%,准确性为96.5%。结论:64层螺旋CT脑CTA诊断动脉瘤有较高的特异性、敏感性及准确性,而且无创伤,操作快、简便,可作为脑动脉瘤筛查及术前检查评估的首选检查方法,但不能完全取代DSA,目前诊断脑动脉瘤的金标准仍是DSA。
