妇炎消合剂治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of Fuyanxiao mixture

目的观察妇炎消合剂治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法 107例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为中药组和西药组,分别予以妇炎消合剂治疗和司帕沙星联合甲硝唑口服治疗,观察两组疗效。结果中药组患者治愈率为24/54,总有效率为90.7%,患者依从性好,疗效明显,无明显副作用;西药组患者治愈率为15/53,总有效率为75.5%,亦依从性较好,有明显疗效,但有8例出现明显胃肠道反应,1例出现肾功能受损。结论妇炎消合剂治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效肯定,无明显毒副作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuyanxiao mixture in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflam- matory disease. Methods One hundred and seven cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups, traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group, were given Fuyanxiao mixture and oral sparfloxacin combination metronidazole therapy, the treatment efficacy were observed. Results Cure rate of Chi- nese medicine group was 24/54, the total effective rate was 90.7%, good patient compliance, efficacy significantly, no significant side effects, cure rate of western medicine group was 15/53, the total effective rate was 75.5%, adher- ence also well, had significant effects, but there were eight cases of significant gastrointestinal reactions, 1 patient with impaired renal function. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of Fuyanxiao Mixture is certainly,and no obvious side effects.
