蠲痹壮骨法内外合用治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical research for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with the method combined with oral and external use which under the guidance of The Juanbizhuanggu theory

目的探讨蠲痹壮骨法内外合用治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法对我院自2012年3月～2013年3月间行蠲痹壮骨法内外合用治疗的40例膝关节骨性关节炎进行疗效分析。结果40例患者均获随访，总显效率85％，未出现明显的毒副作用。结论蠲痹壮骨法内外合用可以为膝关节骨性关节炎提供疗效佳、方便适用的治疗方法。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of with the method combined with oral and external use which under the guidance of The Juanbizhuanggu theory for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 40 pa- tients were treated with this method, all patients were chose from shouguang Hospital of TCM outpatient from March 2012 to March 2013. Results Follow-up of 40 patients, 85% show excellent effect, does not appear obvious side effects. Conclusion The method combined with oral and external use which under the guidance of The Juanbizhuanggu theory can provide better curative effect, convenient and applicable way for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
