摘要
目的探讨有效的新生儿黄疸系统性临床护理措施。方法 112例新生儿黄疸患儿被随机分为系统护理组和对照组,系统护理组实施水疗、抚触和光疗,对照组实施常规护理措施,比较两组新生儿排便情况和血清胆红素水平变化。结果系统护理组的新生儿在干预前2天排便次数明显多于对照组,干预后血清总胆红素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统护理能有效帮助新生儿快速降低体内胆红素水平,防止并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the effective systemic nursing interventions for jaundice of newborn. Methods 112 neonatal jaundice cases were randomly assigned into two groups which receive systemic nursing and routine nursing interventions respectively. In systemic nursing group, infants received hydrotherapy, touch and phototherapy. The meconium evacuation and serum bilirubin level were analyzed in infants of two groups. Results The infants in systemic nursing group had increased infrequeney of meconium evacuation at the first and second day when the interventions were given,they had lower serum bilirubin level when the interventions were finished （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The systemic nursing interventions can effectively reduce the serum bilirubin level in newborn infants and prevent the complication of jaundice of newborn.
