摘要
用X荧光光谱仪对进口铁矿样品中各组分进行全分析,采用熔融制样技术,可以消除异质效应。但样品中背景干扰及元素间吸收-增强效应仍需进行校正。本文采用康普顿散射峰作为内标,用经验系数和基本参数结合法对样品中主、次量元素进行数学校正,在较宽的浓度范围内获得了较为满意的结果。本方法具有快速、准确度好、灵(?)度高的特点。
The heterogeneity effect can be eliminated by using fusion technique for sample preparation in XRF total analysis of constituents in iron ore samples. However, the background influence and the interelement absorption-enhancement effects still need to be corrected. The comp-ton scattering peak as the internal standard for eliminating background interferences and the empirical coefficients-fundamental parameters combination for correcting major and minor elements in samples have been employed in this paper. The analytical results are satisfactory. The method is characterized by rapidity, high accuracy and sensitivity.
