摘要
血管内超声是在介入技术基础上开展的一项实时血管内成像技术,可展现血管的截面图像,分辨管壁的结构、识别斑块、动脉夹层等。血管内超声可以实现虚拟组织学成像、彩色血流成像、三维重建等成像效果,不仅可以对斑块进行定性分析,还可以对斑块成分进行定量。在脑血管疾病的诊断与治疗中,血管内超声可对数字减影血管造影(DSA)起到良好的补充作用,实现更精确的管径测量,优化支架的类型选择及植入定位,评估支架植入的满意度,减少及预防支架的并发症,在脑血管介入领域具有良好的运用前景。
As a catheter-based imaging modality, intravascular ultrasound can provide high- resolution cross-sectional images of the vascular, figure out the structure of the vessel wall, and identify atherosclerosis lesions and dissections. With virtual histologie imaging, color-flow imaging and three- dimensional reconstruction, intravascular ultrasound can conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the atherosclerotic plaques. Supplemented with digital subtraction angiography (DSA), intravascular ultrasound may have a promising future in endovascular intervention of cerebral vascular by virtue of more precise vessel diameter measuring, better stents type selection and locating, more accurate appraisal of stent placement, as well as reduction and prevention of stent placement complication.
