摘要
介绍了注塑制品翘曲变形的分类、表示方法和塑件翘曲变形理论,从塑件材料、塑件结构、模具材料和模具结构、成型工艺参数及后处理等五个方面,分析了影响塑件翘曲的因素,并从这五个方面总结了改善翘曲变形的措施。
the classification, representation methods, and the theories of warpage deformation about injection molded plastic parts are presented. The factors affected warpage deformation are analyzed in five ways： part material,product structure,the material and structure of mold,processing parameters and post-processing. Lastly, summarize the measures to improve the warpage deformation in the five points.
