自我管理能力训练对预防精神分裂症患者复发的影响

Effect of self-management ability training on the prevention of recurrence of patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨自我管理能力训练对预防精神分裂症患者复发的影响。方法:将60例精神分裂症患者按抛硬币分组法分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规性健康教育和系统性抗精神病药物治疗,研究组在此基础上给予自我管理能力训练,观察比较两组干预前后自我管理能力评分、复发及恶化情况。结果:研究组经干预后自我管理能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组复发率及恶化率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自我管理能力训练可明显提高精神分裂症患者自我管理能力,有效预防复发,从而提高生活质量。

Objective ： To explore the effect of self - management ability training on the prevention of recurrence of patients with schizo- phrenia. Methods ：60 patients with schizophrenia were divided into the study group and the control group （30 cases in each group ） by toss- ing a coin. The patients in the control group received routine health education and systematic treatment with antipsychotic drugs and the pa- tients in the study group were given extra self - management ability training based on the routine one. The scores of self - management abil- ity, recurrence and deterioration of the disease were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results ： The scores of self - management ability were significantly highter in the study group than the control group after the intervention I P 〈 0. O1 ） ; the re- currence and deterioration of the disease was significantly lower in the study group than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 }. Conclusion ：The self - management ability training can significantly improve the ability of self management in patients with schizophrenia and it can effectively prevent the recurrence of the disease and improve the quality of life of the patients.
