电话随访在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者中的应用

Application of follow-up by telephone to patients with stable COPD

目的:探讨电话随访在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者中的应用效果。方法:将78例COPD稳定期患者随机分为观察组40例和对照组38例,对照组给予常规出院指导,观察组在出院后常规治疗和健康宣教基础上给予定期电话随访,观察比较两组治疗依从性、临床指标及生活质量。结果:两组治疗依从性、临床指标及生活质量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电话随访可提高COPD稳定期患者的治疗依从性,提高其生活质量。

Objective ：To investigate the effect of follow - up by telephone in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods ：78 patient~ with stable COPD were randomly divided into the observation group （ n = 40} and the control group （ n = 38 ）. The conventional guidance on discharge was given to the patients in the control group and the regular follow - up by telephone was given to the patients in the observation group based on the conventional treatment and health education after discharge. The treatment com- pliance, clinical indexes and the quality of life of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results ： There were sta- tistically significant differences in the comprison of the treatment compliance, clinical indexes and the quality of life of the patients between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 }. Conclusion ： The follow - up by telephone can improve the treatment compliance of patients with stable COPD and can improve their quality of life as well.
