个性化护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者的影响

Effect of the individualized nursing intervention on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨个性化护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法:将80例妊娠糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予个性化护理干预,比较两组血糖控制情况和妊娠结局。结果:观察组干预后血糖控制率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组HbAlc和FPG水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组妊娠高血压综合征、胎膜早破及早产发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组新生儿围生期并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理干预可帮助妊娠糖尿病患者控制血糖,降低患者及新生儿围生期并发症发生率,提高妊娠质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of the individualized nursing intervention on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods：80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the observa- tion group and the control group （40 cases in each group）. The routine nursing intervention was conducted in the control group and the in- dividualized nursing intervention was additionally implemented in tthe observation group. The blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results：There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the control rate of blood glucose between the two groups after the intervention （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the comparison of HbAle and FPG levels was significantly different be- tween the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, premature rupture of membranes and prema- ture birth rate was lower in the observation group than the control group { P 〈 0.05 ） ; the difference in the comparison of the neonatal com- plications in the perinata] period was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The individualized nursing intervention can help pa- tients with gestational diabetes control blood sugar and effectively reduce the perinatal complications so as to improve the quality of preg- nancy.
