行为矫正训练联合音乐治疗在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用

Application of behavior modification training combined with music therapy to patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的:探讨行为矫正训练联合音乐治疗在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法:将140例慢性精神分裂症患者采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各70例,观察组给予行为矫正训练联合音乐治疗,对照组给予行为矫正训练,观察并比较两组社会功能和生活质量情况。结果:观察组治疗后患者的社会功能指标、社会支持指标、生活质量指标与治疗前、对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行为矫正训练联合音乐治疗有助于改善慢性精神分裂症患者的社会生活功能,具有积极的临床价值。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of behavior modification training combined with music therapy in the patients with chron- ic schizophrenia. Methods ：140 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （ 70 cases in each group }. The patients in the observation group were given the behavior modification training combined with music therapy and the patients in the control group were only given behavior modification training. The social function and life quality of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results：There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the indexes of social function, social support and quality of life of the patients between the two groups after treatment I P 〈 0.05 }. Conclusion ： The behav- ior modification training combined with music therapy can effectively improve the social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia.
