摘要
目的:探讨实习护生的护理关怀教育方法,为培养和提高护理实习生的关怀能力提供依据。方法:对176名实习护生进行关怀教育,并于关怀教育前、后分别进行问卷调查,以评价关怀教育的干预效果,比较本科护生与专科护生之间有无差异。结果:关怀教育前与教育后护生关怀能力评分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),临床实习中进行关怀教育可以提高护生的关怀能力。实习前,本科护生关怀能力评分高于大专护生(P<0.05),在进行关怀教育之后,本科护生与专科护生的关怀能力评分之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用多种方式的护理关怀教育能够提高实习护生的关怀能力。
Objective:To explore the methods of humanistic care education in order to provide the basis for training and upgrading the caring ability of student nurses. Methods :176 student nurses received humanistic caring education and the questionnaire survey was con- ducted to evaluate the intervention effect of the education and compare the difference of caring ability between undergraduate students and junior college students. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the caring ability scores of the student nurses before and after humanistic care education ( P 〈 0.01 } ; the caring ability scores were higher in the undergraduate students than those in the junior college students before clinical practice ( P 〈 O. 05 ) ; no significant difference in the comparison of the caring ability scores between undergraduate students and junior college students after humanistic care education ( P 〉 0.05 }. Conclusion : The vairous hu- manistic care education in nursing care can sharpen up the caring ability of student nurses.
