护理关怀教育对实习护生关怀能力的影响

Impact of humanistic care education on the caring ability of student nurses

目的:探讨实习护生的护理关怀教育方法,为培养和提高护理实习生的关怀能力提供依据。方法:对176名实习护生进行关怀教育,并于关怀教育前、后分别进行问卷调查,以评价关怀教育的干预效果,比较本科护生与专科护生之间有无差异。结果:关怀教育前与教育后护生关怀能力评分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),临床实习中进行关怀教育可以提高护生的关怀能力。实习前,本科护生关怀能力评分高于大专护生(P<0.05),在进行关怀教育之后,本科护生与专科护生的关怀能力评分之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用多种方式的护理关怀教育能够提高实习护生的关怀能力。

Objective：To explore the methods of humanistic care education in order to provide the basis for training and upgrading the caring ability of student nurses. Methods ：176 student nurses received humanistic caring education and the questionnaire survey was con- ducted to evaluate the intervention effect of the education and compare the difference of caring ability between undergraduate students and junior college students. Results：There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the caring ability scores of the student nurses before and after humanistic care education （ P 〈 0.01 } ; the caring ability scores were higher in the undergraduate students than those in the junior college students before clinical practice （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; no significant difference in the comparison of the caring ability scores between undergraduate students and junior college students after humanistic care education （ P 〉 0.05 }. Conclusion ： The vairous hu- manistic care education in nursing care can sharpen up the caring ability of student nurses.
