产时会阴侧切切口皮内缝合62例临床护理

Clinical observation on 62 cases of intradermal suture for lateral nursing care

目的：探讨产时会阴侧切切口皮内缝合的临床效果与护理方法。方法：将2011年1—12月62例会阴侧切产妇作为研究组，将2012年1～12月60例会阴侧切产妇作为对照组；两组产妇均采取相同会阴侧切和护理方法，对照组采用传统皮外缝合，研究组采用皮内缝合。观察两组切口疼痛、感染、愈合情况。结果：与对照组比较，研究组产妇轻度疼痛发生率更高，无重度疼痛者，切13感染率更低，甲级愈合率更高，乙级愈合率更低，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对自然分娩产妇采取会阴切口皮内缝合比皮外缝合具有更好的效果，应同时配合心理、饮食、体位、运动等综合护理措施。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of intradermal suture for lateral episiotomy and explore the nursing methods. Methods ： 62 postpartum puerpera who underwent lateral episiotomy （ from January to December 2011 ） were taken as the study group, other 60 postpartum puerpera who underwent lateral episiotomy （ from January to December 2012 ） were taken as the control group. The same lat- eral episiotomy and nursing method were taken in both groups. The traditional skin suture was used in the control group and the intradermal suture was adopted in the study group. The pain,infection and healing of cut were observed in the two groups. Results ： Compared with the control group, the occurrence of mild pain was much but no occurrence of severe pain in the study group ; the infection rate of cut was low- er, class -A healing rate was higher and class-B healing rate was lower in the study group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The effect of intra-dermal suture for lateral episiotomy is better than skin suture in natural delivery. Meanwhile the comprehensive nursing measures such as psychological care,diet care, posture care and exercise should be enhanced.
