摘要
改革开放30年来,家族企业业已成为中国经济的重要增长点和活力来源,家族企业迅速发展的同时,也渐次进入了企业传承阶段。中国家族企业在传承过程中普遍体现出“子承父业”的模式。本文为完成院级科研课题“家族企业代际传承与知识共享及技术创新关系研究——指标及理论模型设计”的研究,基于我国“子承父业”传承模式,探讨家族企业的知识共享活动和技术创新能力的影响因素,并提出了研究框架和指标的设计思路,以期为家族企业传承与知识共享和技术创新研究提供借鉴。
Since the reform and opening- up was carried out 30 years ago, the Chinese family firms have become important parts and source of economic growth. Family firms are developing rapidly. At the same time, they gradually enter the stage of business inheritance. The Chinese family enterprises generally reflect the pattern of "inheriting his father' s". Based on the pattern of "inheriting his father' s" model, the influential factors of knowledge sharing activities and technological innovations are discussed in this paper, and the research framework is put forward. The framework may provide a reference for the Chinese family enterprises.
