On the Evolution of the Essential Factors of the Production Function and Reconstructing Model of Economic Growth

生产函数核心要素的演变与经济增长之间存在着内在的相关关系。本文分析了生产函数核心要素演变的内在机制是与生产力的发展阶段相适应的。在此基础上，构建了两阶段经济增长模型，通过计量方法对模型进行了检验，检验的结果说明了生产函数核心要素由物质资本向人力资本转变的必然性。并在文章的最后提出了相关的政策建议。

The inner relation between the evolution of the essential factors of the production function and the economic growth is analyzed in the paper. The article points out that the mechanisms of the evolution of the essential factors of the production function conforms to the stage of the production forces. Based on the foundation, the model of two stage economic growth is constructed and inspected. The necessity of the changing form the material capital to the human capital is explained by the inspection result. Some policies and suggestions are put formard at the end of the article.
