对当代大学生人文素质培养的相关思考——兼以西安翻译学院为例

The Reflections on the Training of College Students＇ Humanistic Competence -Take Xi＇an Fanyi University as An Example

当代大学生人文素质培养要科学具体，以历史唯物主义观为指导，从宏观上一要弘扬中华民族精神，汲取人文精神养料；二要大力提倡时代精神，树立以“八荣八耻”为主要内容的社会主义荣辱观。尤其是大学生，其世界观、人生观、价值观正处在基本定型的关键时期，大学人文素质培养方针的得当与否起着极其重要的作用。以著名民办大学西安翻译学院为例，解读其十二字方针，对提出具体的培养方针有着十分有益的参考价值。

As to the cultivation policy of contemporary college students＇ humanistic competence, there is a specific and scientific principle, which should be under the guidance of view of historical materialism. Strategi- cally we should carry on the tradition, advocate national studies, learn ancient humanism and promote the spirit of the times, We should establish Socialist Concept of Honor and Disgrace, with the Eight Honors ＆ Eight Dis- graces as the main contents. College students＇ outlook on world, life and values are in the last crucial period to take their shape. Effectiveness on university cultivation policy plays a very important role. Taking Xi＇An FanYi University as an example, and interpreting its 12-word policy, the paper points out that the 12-word policy has its reference value in the training of college students＇ humanistic competence.
