A Tentative Study on Structural Adjustment and Optimization of Specialties in Higher Learning Institutions of China

本文简要回顾了我国解放以后高校专业设置的历史变迁，分析了我国高校专业设置趋同和专业设置滞后两大问题及其产生的原因及负面影响，并试图探讨高校专业结构调整优化的途径。

This paper reviews the historical changes of specialties in higher learning institutions after the the founding of the People＇s Republic of China, analyzes the causes and negative impacts of specialties setting, and attempts to find out ways of adjusting and optimizing the structure of specialties in higher learning institutions.
