民办高校兼职教师教学督导管理刍议

从民办高校师资队伍的现状及构成看，兼职教师是民办高校师资队伍的重要组成部分，占有相当的比例。根据兼职教师的特点，民办高校必须加强对兼职教师的教学督导和管理，采取相应措施，充分调动兼职教师的积极性，办出特色，提高人才培养质量。

The part-time teachers constitute a very important component in non-governmental higher learning institutions according to the current condition and constitution of faculty in non-governmental higher learning institutions. According to the features of part-time teachers, non-governmental universities should enforce the management and supervision to the part-time teachers. We should make every effort to arouse the enthusiasm of part-time teachers and improve the quality of personnel training.
