民办高校毕业生就业的应对策略——以西安翻译学院为例

The Employment Strategies of Non-governmental College Graduates --Take Xi＇an Fanyi University as an Example

本文着重分析了在新的形势下，民办高校毕业生的就业现状及存在的问题，以西安翻译学院连续20多年来毕业生就业工作的成功经验为例，探索了民办高校面对日益严峻的就业形势所应采取的积极应对策略，对民办高校毕业生就业指导工作提出了新的路径。

This article mainly analyses the new situation of non-government university graduates employ- ment and existing problems of employment. Based on over 20 years employment successful experience the paper points out some positive strategies for non-governmental employment.
