创新是民办高校可持续发展的不竭动力。当前，我国民办高校面临从机遇型发展向实力型发展转化；从规模扩张向内涵发展转化；从同质化竞争向以个性特色立校转化，只有坚持不断地变革与创新才能实现民办高校的科学发展、可持续发展。西安翻译学院通过教育模式、文凭观、管理方式、生源质量以及文化立校等五个方面的不断创新，探索着中国特色的民办高校发展之路。

The innovation is the endless dynamic for the sustainable development of non-governmental universities. At present, China＇ s non-governmental universities are confronted with the transformation from opportunity-based development to strength-based development, from the scale of expansion to the development of connotation, from the homogenization of competition to the construction of university with peculiar characteristics. Only through constant reform and innovation can non-governmental universities achieve scientific and sustainable development. Through five ways of constant innovations in education model, diploma concept, management, quality of students, running school through culture, Xi＇ an Fan Yi University explores development road of non-governmental universities with Chinese characteristic.
