家族企业代际传承研究——从知识共享与技术创新视角解析

Intergenerational Inheritance in Chinese Family Enterprises from the Perspectives of Knowledge Sharing and Technological Innovation

家族企业的知识共享是家族企业技术创新的源泉，家族企业需要不断进行技术创新以增强自身的竞争优势。本文通过调查问卷对102家家族企业知识共享和技术创新之间的相关性，家族企业代际传承与知识共享和技术创新之间的相关性进行了研究，得到：家族企业知识共享和其技术创新具有强正相关性；家族成员继承领导权与其知识共享亦具有强正相关性。

Family enterprises＇ knowledge sharing is the source of technical innovation. In order to strengthen their competitive advantage, family enterprises need to carry out technical innovation continually. The correlations between the family enterprises＇ knowledge sharing and their technological innovation were re- searched by questionnaires in this thesis, and the model of family enterprises intergenerational inheritance with family enterprises＇ knowledge sharing and the technological innovation was also researched. The data were col- lected from 51 family enterprises. The family enterprises＇ technical innovation could be strengthened by knowl- edge sharing; furthermore, the family enterprises which are shouldered by their family members will be more helpful for its advance in knowledge
