论当代饮食生活与厨房设计

摘要 本文从饮食文化发展的角度,详述了厨房的整体设计,从厨房的采光和通风、墙面、存储空间和室内布置等四个方面来说明应该注意的细节问题,给厨房的装修和设计提供几点建议。 The development of kitchens is the rudiment of human civilization. The design of kitchen funiture should be in accordance with the operating process, its fittings and the need of dimensions of human figure In view of the global design of a kitchen, this paper illustrates details paid attention to the kitchen in four as- pects : lighting and airiness, metope, storage space, indoor arrangements, etc. Meanwhile, this paper gives some advice on decoration and design process. Although the space of a kitchen is narrow, each single concrete issue may exert influence on our lives. Therefore, details of kitchen life should be taken into full consideration, and we should pay more attention to the selection and assurance of these details
