摘要
国内外关于公司高管人员激励的研究重点多在物质性显性激励方面,较为忽视对非物质激励的研究。本文在文献研究的基础上,通过实证研究,找出陕西上市公司高管非物质激励中成就激励、成长激励、工作环境激励三种激励方式,并用高管个人满意度作为主观绩效对非物质激励的三种方式进行测度,提出假设,运用SPSS16.0统计软件对假设进行验证,得出成就激励、成长激励、工作环境激励与其个人满意度具有显著性正相关的结论。
The company executives pay more attention to incentives in the material aspects at home and a- broad, relatively neglect the study on non-material incentives. In this paper, based on the research literature, through empirical research, the author identifies the achievements incentives, growth incentives, working envi-ronment incentives of senior executives of listed companies in Shaanxi. The author uses executive personal satis-faction as a subjective performance to measure non-material incentives, and puts forth hypothesis, and uses statistical software SPSS16.0 to validate assumptions.
